Health Tip #4: Breathing
Feeling tired all the time? Your breathing might be part of the problem. We tend to take short shallow breathes which deprives our bodies of oxygen. Less oxygen means less energy. So concentrate on your breathing and taking deep breathes several times a day. Breathe slowly and deeply through your nose. Keep doing this and eventually this will become automatic and you’ll see a huge difference not just to your energy level but also to your state of mind!
